Materials * Half fold card stock (Avery 3265 matte with envelopes) * A9 envelopes, 5-3/4" x 8-3/4" (optional) * Adobe Reader software (free download) * Color printer Instructions 1. Load the 8.5" x 11" half fold card stock into your printer. 2. From the project PDF, click on the Print icon or select Print from the File menu. From the dialog box: * Set Page Scaling to None. * Check the Auto-Rotate and Center box. 3. Click the Properties button. You'll do several things here: * Set Print Quality to Best. * Set Paper Type to match the paper you're using. * Select Paper Size to Letter (8.5" x 11"). * Set Paper Source to Main tray. * Set Orientation to Portrait. NOTE: These instructions are for a newer model printer. Where you find these fields will depend on your printer. 4. Print artwork: Set Page range. Since this is a two-sided card, you need to print each side one at a time. To print the front side, set page range as "1 to 1." 5. Select OK and print your page. Set aside to dry completely. 6. To print the other side, place the dry page into the printer exactly as it came out. Set the range at "2 to 2." Select OK and print the back side. 7. When dry, fold the card in half. NOTE: These instructions are for HP color inkjet printers, which load from the front. If your printer loads from the back, please consult your printer's user guide. Try printing a test page before using any specialty paper. IMPORTANT: I have included two different files in here. Card.pdf is the two sided printing one, but if your printer settings are different than an HP, i.e., you're using a Canon or other brand, there are also two separate pdf files, card1 and card2 for you to print according to your printer specs.
